Rhodesia was the fire smothered- And that smothering is coming for us all now- The ballad of the band Rome is not just a singular message, it is the story of- perhaps all of human history, philosophy in the lens of a universal-nationalist- someone whom takes pride in all of history and the sacrifices of all men, although with Jerome's personal bent of course. The Fire Symbolizes Civilization, Humanity and the Honour and justice that comes along with it- the legacy of Roma- but not just Rome, The Hellenistic philosophers who- like Prometheus guided all of western civilization (and modernity) into existence, without our forebearers and ancient history and those legacies none of human history would be the same, and most likely all that hath come to pass may never have ever come to pass- perhaps we would have never made it past tribal city states, or tyrannical rulers for hundreds if not thousands of years more without the guiding influence of the ancient philosophers- their city states ( and kingdoms ) and Rome. Even if we take into account Chinese/Indian(partial Hellenistic, Thanks Baktria) progress simultaneously- take a good overall look and tell me that they would have ever evolved pass their obsession with 'heavenly mandates' and emperor tyrants which led to endless massive genocidal wars... Thats still a massive set back and look at the hive-minded mindset the CCP has fostered in the 21st century... Tl;DR: Kill your Tyrants, before they kill you- The fire is being smothered once again. The Tree of Liberty Weeps for Blood.
So very saddening to think about the potential Rhodesia could’ve had… the vile evil seems to consistently win and the righteous seem to be buried in dust and ignored.
The answer is very simple really: You stumbled upon a banger. ;) Got something new planned for the 26th btw. Fucking finally have some free time to do some editing.
From what I understand its "One fire fights one fire." The burning passion of the Rhodesian army fighting the rebels who possess equal fire or determination. "One nail One nail" I'm not sure, but it's probably referencing nails in coffins, maybe in crosses dunno. "Rights by rights, falter" As the war wore on, the Rhodesians gradually whittled away at their own rights, and the rights of the black populations, and likewise, the rebels became more aggressive. Each side gradually becoming ever more monstrous "Strengths by strengths do fail" Despite winning every battle, the Rhodesian army lost, as they lost the peace. Strength alone was not enough to win anything. So in the end, it was all for nothing
Rhodesia was simply a nostalgic Heaven 😢
